The payments for services and tours organized by GFP Travel may be done in three ways:
1. Credit cards

1.You can use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Dinners Club, JCB, American Express) to pay for any our services and your bookings at our web site, at http://www.greetingsfrompoland.com/payments/new
2. Our secure payment system is operated by Dotpay S.A company, located in Poland, and is a fully secure system – more information you can find also at http://www.dotpay.pl/index.php?content=&newlang=en
3. We never ask our clients for their credit card details - our clients always fill in the all gaps in the system personally, we do not know your card details.
4. The final amount to pay is given in USD (US Dollars), and also description of services included into the price is always set and confirmed by our company before we ask our client to make a payment. Prices given on our website are given in USD.
5. Any refund (if occur) is always set initially between our company and our client. Next, a set amount is sent back to our client’s credit card account – they same which was used to make a payment.
6. Any payment, refund, price change must be always reconfirmed both by our client and our company by e-mail, fax or mail.
7. Neither our company nor Dotpay S.A is responsible for our client payment, if it is refused by our client bank or credit card company and can not be accepted by Dotpay system.
8. This payment system may be used only for payments made by our company clients, and for legal services provided to our clients.
2. Paypal system payments
You can also use your Paypal account to pay for our services. As you know it is easy and secure. If you don't have so far your Paypal account visit www.paypal.com and set you account. You may wait to set it also till the final booking, when we send to you a payment request with all necessary information.
For any payment done by paypal by our clients we have to add 2 % to the total amount due to extra Paypal system commission. Our e-mail valid for all payments is office@greetingsfrompoland.com
3. Bank transfers
You can make an account transfer from every country in the world. You will be provided with our bank account number, on which you will be able to make a payment. Be advised that our prices are set in USD, and you can made a bank transfer using these currencies.
Notice the cost of the bank transfer may be high and it may take a long time for your money to be transferred. This solution is mostly used in cooperation with our travel agencies when there is a need to transfer a large amount of money and we can afford a couple of days or a week for waiting.
Please notice that the choice of payment is up to you. We assure you the three options are safe and were used by our clients many times before.
